Sore calves, hamstrings or quads?
We have been using and supplying our customers with Massage Sticks for years. Great for muscle release and adaptable for targeting specific areas of muscle. Less painful than a foam roller as you cajn easily regulate the pressure. Dirt cheap! Massage sticks provide a quick and easy release for tight muscles.

Instructions:
Sit on the ground, sofa or bed. Bend knee and place foot down on sofa, bed or ground. Hold massage stick with each hand, and roll against loose thigh or calf. Orientate the stick to roll out the lateral, central and mid portions of muscle. Sit on chair with knee bent and foot on ground. Roll out the quadriceps (anterior thigh muscle). We have a selection of colours of Kinesiology Tape in stock - including pink, blue, black, green, beige and red. These tapes can be used to aid recovery from muscle strains and tendinitis. These are usually available for 12.50 euros which is very reasonable. Our tapes are from a reputable company and have been used by us in Clinic for the past few years. We are trained to apply these tapes safely and we can help you tape your area of need specifically.

MSM is short for Methylsulphonylmethane. It is a wonderful natural type of sulphur with a host of benefits. It is anti-inflammatory, pain relieving and acts as a cell rejuvenator. Our in-house spritz suitable for the face, body, pillow and as a space spray. These little gems are cooling in the summer, can help you sleep, clear a space of smells and bad vibes , soothe irritated skin and are great for meditation. The aroma is subtle and light. We have made many of these to date with bases of various hydrolats including lavender, rose and chamomile with pure essential oil of lavender. Try one of these 50ml sprays for 7 euros when in stock.
